It is GTS’ policy to provide the highest quality of support to our clients, be it technical or general help desk.

At anytime Clients are able to contact a consultant when any issues arise, knowing that immediate attention will be given to their problem, whether big or small, thus ensuring minimum interruption to client operations..

To establish what our client’s perception of our support and services are, GTS participated in a survey conducted at Monash University, Victoria, Australia.

It was found that:

QUALITY POLICY

GTS management has embraced the concept of Total Quality to enable service and business performance to continuously improve, develop and match the needs of the market. Quality and reliability of our products and services are the means by which will grow and prosper.

Our quality assurance procedures are based on the requirements of ISO 9001 –1994.

Our prime objective is customer satisfaction and their confidence in the quality of our products and services. To achieve this, we shall meet customer needs and contract specifications to enable us to develop lasting relationships.

To achieve this objective, we will foster alliances and relationships with other suppliers, establish and maintain effective quality assurance systems across all our products and services involving all employees and contractors. The Operating Management System ensures customer requirements are identified and that consistent and systematic process control is applied.

RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY

GTS recognises that inherent in all systems operations are risks affecting its performance over areas of quality, safety and environment. In keeping with the commitments of the policies in these area GTS has adopted risk management as an integral part of the planning, monitoring and controlling and is applied to projects through documented process control procedures.

The policy and procedures specifically deal with the:

identification of the context and nature of potential risks
assessment and analysis of those risks
the development of appropriate treatments, and
the ongoing monitoring and control of those treatments

The policy is to ensure that the impact of risks are removed or at least minimised under controlled management processes so as to maximise client confidence in GTS’ ability to satisfy clients in a professionally responsible way.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

GTS is committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace for all employees and others who may enter our work areas. This includes establishing and maintaining safe systems of work, safe plant and equipment together with appropriate training and supervision.

Occupational Health and Safety is both an individual and a shared responsibility of all people at GTS.

Management accepts accountability for ensuring:

local statutory health and safety responsibilities are identified and allocated to responsible persons within teams;
The development, implementation and auditing of an effective OH & S Management System within a teamwork framework;

Employees and contractors accept responsibility to:

Comply with approved workplace health and safety procedures and encourages others to do so;
Take reasonable care relating to their own health and safety and that of anyone else affected by their work;
Support and promote improvements in work processes and help reduce or eliminate risks;
Immediately report and rectify if possible and practicable, any hazardous conditions observed.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

In providing our products or services, GTS recognises its obligations and responsibilities to the environment and our commitment is to apply this policy.

Accordingly, GTS will:

Work towards achieving a sustainable balance between environmental protection and commercial enterprise.

Comply with statutory and corporate requirements, and through continual improvement processes, develop strategies to meet expected regulatory trends.

Minimise the environmental impact of the business’s activities and ensure that management, employees and contractors;

are equipped to anticipate and mange the environmental risks and responsibilities in their day to day work, and
take all reasonable care to address the environmental aspects of business activities.

Incorporate appropriate process and procedures within our Operating Management System to meet the requirements of recognised environmental management systems.
